No pen, no time \u2013 We\u2019re running a race<\/p>\n

Can\u2019t slow down, got to keep up the pace<\/p>\n

One request follows another:<\/p>\n

Driving a patient, helping an exhausted mother,<\/p>\n

Buying and delivering a drug from the store\u2026<\/p>\n

Each job is grabbed in a second, no more<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

They give resources and strength of their own<\/p>\n

And rush to bring food to a senior all alone<\/p>\n

Respond to each call that appears on the screen,<\/p>\n

Bring mother of preemie to the hospital scene<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Kits and groceries you bring with speed<\/p>\n

To homes with patients and people in need<\/p>\n

To special kids, sensitivity is your code<\/p>\n

You raise \u201cgiving\u201d to a higher mode.<\/p>\n

For cancer patients you bring your aid<\/p>\n

And to dialysis patients, your kindness is displayed.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

And more… and more… countless calls,<\/p>\n

Requests, assignments, rides for all,<\/p>\n

And we just stand here, in awe, it\u2019s true,<\/p>\n

Full of great esteem for you.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

And we say a prayer, a plea:<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Father in Heaven, look from Above<\/p>\n

See our volunteers, their link, their love.<\/p>\n

See their sheer determination,<\/p>\n

Their helping hand, bringing calm with dedication,<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The cars that for chessed zoom,<\/p>\n

The amazing responsiveness, no matter for whom<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The motorcycles that fly in every direction<\/p>\n

The \u201cLinkeds\u201d can be found at every intersection.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Tally each one,<\/p>\n

They\u2019re beyond count,<\/p>\n

And bless us all with health,<\/p>\n
