More than 150 women with cancer,\"pr<\/p>\n\n\n\n
women whose husbands have cancer, and mothers of children with cancer got a brief hiatus from their grueling life routine, as they enjoyed a luxurious fun day at the Sheraton City Tower Hotel<\/a> in Tel Aviv.<\/p>\n

For the first three hours, the women browsed among the various stations: \"prmake-up, manicures, face treatments, flower arranging, beading, and other crafts projects, while soft music played in the background, contributing to the relaxing atmosphere.<\/p>\n

After the women had a chance to enjoy all the stations, the well-known stand-up comedienne, Rotam Abuhav, stepped on stage, and with her unique talent, managed to put a genuine smile on every face in the audience.<\/p>\n

After an elaborate luncheon, the women also enjoyed a performance by Margalit Tzanani, who then led them all in lively dancing.<\/p>\n

At the day’s conclusion, each woman was presented a “pampering packet” with a collection of creams and other gifts, leaving them with a warm, personal memento of the marvelous experience.\"cancer<\/p>\n

We were deeply moved by Tzippy’s words on our Facebook page: “I want to thank you for the fun day. I can’t believe I actually came, straight the radiation, instead of going home, as I usually do after treatment. I was showered with lots of love, pampering and good fun. Thank you! You are simply amazing! I really enjoyed myself. I can’t remember the last time I laughed like I did yesterday. Thank you, thank you, thank you. You are angels!”<\/p>\n

For one day, we tried to banish the pain… and the smiles testify to our success!<\/p>\n
