Shalom u’verachah!
I want to express my profound gratitude to the important chessed organization, Ezer Mizion.
Two and a half years ago, my mother was stricken with cancer. She battled the illness for two years, until she passed on.
As everyone knows, coping with a parent’s illness and death at a young age is no simple matter; it places a great emotional burden on all members of the family.
My family could not afford emotional therapy and support (especially since several members of the family needed it). Thankfully, Hashem led us to the marvelous organization of Ezer Mizion, the dedicated people who work at Ezer Mizion and the generous donors who enable their work, who helped me and my siblings by funding emotional therapy for us, given by quality therapists (as well as other related matters). Your assistance was the literal actualization of the statement, “Kol hamatzil nefesh achat mi’Yisrael” – one who saves a single Jewish soul, it is as if he saved an entire world.”
I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the support and assistance you rendered with such sensitivity. The therapy helped me to deal with the new situation, and with Hashem’s help, to collect myself and get on with life.
So, a thousand thanks to you – the people of the organization, its volunteers, and its financial supporters. May Hashem fulfill all your heart’s desires for the good and may you be blessed with health and success.
Sincerely,
(Please keep my name anonymous)
