One match can produce infinite light. One match can ignite hope, dispel darkness and illuminate the lives of families around the world. One genetic match can enable a young wife living under a black cloud of imminent widowhood to joyfully cry out to the heavens, “Thank You! Thank You!” And the happiness will continue to reverberate for decades as they raise their children together.
At the recent gala dinner, The Spark, held at the Rainbow Room at Rockefeller Center, hundreds of guests celebrated the milestone with the Ezer Mizion Bone Marrow Registry of saving six thousand lives. Many guests were valued partners, sparks shining in the dark, working together with the Ezer Mizion for many years to achieve this goal.
Ezer Mizion is extremely grateful to Jackie Fried and Alex and Rosa Dembitzer, Founders of SkyRem LLC, whose exemplary generosity has been of immeasurable assistance to Ezer Mizion in its mission to save lives. Jackie is immensely gratified to have been an integral part of the Ezer Mizion family since the beginning. “It’s the best investment I ever made!, “ she assures the audience. #AlexDembitzer, her son, goes further , saying, “I’m in real estate. Our company performs an Internal Rate of Return – IRR . Every investment has a rate. Some large, some small. But the investment with Ezer Mizion is infinite! I never imagined in the early days just how big Ezer Mizion would grow. His wife, Rosa, encapsulates the mission of all of us gathered at this celebration. “I am a cancer survivor. Every cancer patient knows how important it is to do everything possible to survive.”

Alex continues, “It’s like a circle. Sometimes we need help. Sometimes we give it. Please, all of you, help as much as you can and I hope you will never be of need of help from others.” Ezer Mizion continues the circle in wishing Jackie, Alex and Rosa the best of health for many years to come and much success in all their endeavors.
