Ezer Mizion’s International Bone Marrow Registry collaborates with transplant centers around the globe by facilitating transplants for patients whose only chance of survival is a bone marrow transplant. Today, with over one million potential donors in our database, the chance of receiving a match had increased to 78%.

Supplies for art and music therapies
Ezer Mizion offers many types of therapy in our Oranit House including Art and Music therapy. These therapies promote improvement in physical, social, emotional, behavioral, and/or cognitive functioning and help cancer patients by improving morale, enhancing communication, bolstering self-esteem, even reducing blood pressure and heart rate.

Ezer Mizion carries out the wishes of patients in Israel to enrich their lives during their most challenging times. Whether it is occupying their time with a game, providing medical equipment to make day-to-day tasks a little bit easier, or making it possible for them to attend their grandchild’s wedding – Ezer Mizion is there.

Ezer Mizion’s Equipment Loan Centres offer people an alternative to purchasing medical and rehabilitative equipment for short-term use, easing the financial burden on families of ill and disabled people by lending close to 80,000 pieces of specialized equipment every year.

Hot meals for 125 people each month
The Food Distribution Service prepares and delivers over 700,000 meals each year. These meals are distributed to family members staying with hospitalized patients, to families with a sick or disabled parent, to victims of terror and their families, and to the sick, the elderly and the homebound.

Donor pool
A Personalized Donor Pool is a unique opportunity for an individual or group to become a sponsor of the DNA testing of a segment of Ezer Mizion’s Registry. It will enable significant growth of the Registry thus substantially increasing the probability of saving the life of each patient whose sole chance of survival is a transplant.
